(01) — The Principal

Structure first, precision throughout.

Muhammad Achilov is the owner and principal partner of Whyte Desire, a private real-estate house working across Dubai and İstanbul. He oversees the house’s portfolio in Dubai and its forthcoming waterfront chapter on the Bosphorus.

Born in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, Muhammad earned his degree in Mathematical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University. That training still shows in how he works: structure first, precision throughout. In 2008 he moved to Dubai, saw early what the city could become, and set out to build high-end residential developments to match it. The Bosphorus chapter now brings him back to the city where he studied.

(02) — The Long View

Measured by how it stands decades from now, not by how loudly it launches.

He takes a long view of property. Each address is chosen for its setting, its craft, and its staying power.

Muhammad leads every client relationship personally, from the first private conversation to keys in hand. The circle is kept small by design: fewer clients, closer attention, and decisions made without pressure. Those who work with him come for discretion, a carefully chosen shortlist, and an acquisition handled from start to finish.

In private

Muhammad keeps his family life out of public view and does not speak of it. It is known from other sources, however, that his elder son is Murad Achilov.

(03) — Correspondence

Introductions are made through the house.

The circle is kept small by design. Introductions to Muhammad are arranged privately, by appointment only.
