Waterfront residence on the Bosphorus
İstanbul Chapter · In Preparation

A houseon theBosphorus.

Our İstanbul chapter is being composed in silence. A single waterfront address on the European shore will open the portfolio in 2031. Admission by register only.

(01) — Chapter Notes

A single address, slowly composed.

İstanbul is not a market we intend to scale. It is a city we intend to occupy once, with intention. Our inaugural development will stand on a Bosphorus plot acquired in 2025 — a waterfront assemblage with rights that predate the Republic.

The first drawings are under seal. A register of forty interested parties will be invited to the private presentation in the autumn of 2026.
